Josh is great. Thanks to Josh and the people at New American funding we closed a week earlier than expected. Josh is very friend and made the home buying experience easy. He was very understanding of the expectations we had for a home and helped us find the right one.

Cannot say better things about our experience with Josh as our realtor. He was incredibly helpful through our home-buying process and always had answers for us first-time home buyers. When the derecho caused our timeline to radically shift, he was super helpful with scheduling showings last minute. He handled or facilitated many of the tasks that had to be done. Nothing slipped through the cracks, the recommendations for a bank and house inspection was great. Life was stressful after losing our apartment to Hurricane Derecho, but Josh made the transition to being homeowners as easy as I could have imagined.
